About me
Drawing, animating and a little movie trivia
I’m an animator and artist who loves turning ideas into characters, stories and short videos. I grew up in Karachi, Pakistan, and moved to Texas in 2017, where I finished high school and went on to study Animation & Game Art and Video Production at college.
Movies have always shaped how I think about storytelling. I love learning about the actors and directors behind my favorite films — and the trivia that goes with them — and visiting the studio tours in California was a real highlight. I’m also a lifelong SpongeBob fan, which probably explains my soft spot for animated parodies.
On my YouTube channel, AmaanPaper (opens in a new tab), I share animations, parodies and character montages. This site brings my artwork and projects together in one place — have a look around, and feel free to get in touch about a project or collaboration.
